The Effects of a Play- Centered Assertiveness Training on Anxiety and Peer Relationship of Children from Single Parent Families

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to examine its impact on children with single parent, practicing play-oriented self expression training program. The subject of this study was 18 children with single parent students who live in B city. 9 students of them were picked randomly and divided into an experimental group and control one respectively. And I conducted ANCOVA and Paired t-test for data management. The results of this study were the following: First, there was more significant decrease of anxiety in experimental group than in control one. Second, there was more significant increase of peer relationship in experimental group than in control one. To write the dissertation about the results I compared the results with precedence study.
